Teresa Beard

Teresa Beard, Mike’s wife, is the co-owner of Northwest Outfitters and loving mother to her young son and fly fishing prodigy, Jack. Teresa grew up in Colorado but has called North Idaho home for over a decade. She first fell in love with fly fishing while exploring the vast waters of New Zealand chasing trophy trout with Mike. Teresa’s favorite thing to do is spend time with her family while fishing the beautiful Coeur d’ Alene River or swinging flies for Steelhead on the Snake, Grand Ronde, and Clearwater River. She is one of the few licensed female guides in the CDA area and extremely well versed in showing clients a great time by putting them on fish. You can also find her behind the counter sharing her knowledge and passion for the sport with customers.
