The lower Joe has been fishing pretty well. Flows are high so bank access is limited, but floating down low has been productive. Streamer fishing and tandem nymph rigs for the start of the day, the fish have been looking at Skwalas and smaller dries in the afternoon. Flows might come back up this week, but that is kind of how this time of year works.
