The river has been hovering around 5,000 cfs at the lower river has been fishing very well. There are spots to wade but floating is preferable at these flows. Thankfully the upper Joe is still holding some water and is still moving pretty swift. Stoneflies, mayflies, droppers, streamers have all been good!
