The lakes are fishing well and a great place to hang if the rivers are too high. Balanced leeches in different colors have been working well for multiple species of fish in the area. Suspended under an indicator or slowly retrieved over the weeds have both been effective. Bigger ugly flies continue to move Pike if you commit to them. We are still using type 3 sink tips, but having an intermediate tip can be good as the move into the shallows.
