With this mild winter the Joe has been fishing fairly well. The lower river is still accessible so find the slow eddies and insides seams and you should find some cutties. Nymph rigs and streamers will be the go-to unless you get small hatch on the warmer afternoons. Hoping for winter to come but take advantage while you can!
