The Joe is on the rise again but should continue to fish as long as it doesn’t get too high. It might be too much by the end of the week with the warm weather, but worth keeping an eye on. Focus on the lower river and fish the eddies and slow water seams. Nymphs and streamers have been the key, but look for some heads up on the warmer afternoons.
